Commissioner says the units are for low income earners
The Lagos State Government has built housing units in different parts of the state.
Speaking at the maiden edition of the Real Estate Unite 2012 conference, recently organised by 3Invest Ltd., Bosun Jeje, the State Commissioner for Housing, informed that the housing units were built for low income earners. This is intended to improve their standard of living and ease housing challenges in the state, he explained .. In his words, ďApart from the multiplier effects of the provision of houses on the economy and the people, the regulation of transactions in the real estate sector of the state will have direct positive impact on all concerned. Shelter, as we are all aware, is a basic human necessity after food. The population of Lagos State, which is put at over 18 million people naturally, makes the provision of houses a top priority for any responsible government.ď
Estate Management in the real sense:
When we say that EMC is an Estate Management firm in the real sense, here is what we mean. We do not just take the fees as the tenants move in and then still leave the property & tenantsí hassles for the landlords. We do better than that. We take care of the property and take up the tenants hassles , so that the landlords truly receive value and reap the fruits of their investments in real estate. This is the EMC advantage.
